Return Policy

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unopened, with all original packaging (bottle or pouch) and inner and outer seals intact.

We understand that you may want to try our products, but we can only accept returns for items that have not been opened or used.


Initiating a Return:

To return an item, kindly send us an email at with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]" within the specified return period. In your email, please provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Unopened item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the unopened container/s

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return label. You must follow the return policy to receive a refund.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of all shipping and handling charges (fulfillment to and from). We recommend using the trackable shipping provided by our customer service team to ensure the safe return of your items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.


Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned items and confirming that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your request. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

We understand the frustration that comes with delayed or undelivered items. If your order has not been received, and the last update in the tracking information is dated 15 days ago (for Domestic Shipments) and 21 days ago (for International Shipments), you may be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to allow sufficient time for any potential delays that may occur during the shipping process.


Claim Process:

If your order has not arrived and the last tracking update is beyond the 15-day or 21-day threshold, please contact our customer support team at within 30 days of the last tracking update. Please provide your order number and any relevant details to expedite the process.

Upon verification, we will initiate a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS) on your behalf. The USPS claim process may take some time, and we appreciate your patience during this period.


Refund Options:

Once the USPS claim is successfully processed, and if the item is confirmed as undelivered or lost in transit, we will offer you the following options:

  • Refund: A full refund for the undelivered item will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Reshipment: If you prefer, we can arrange for the reshipment of the same item at no additional cost, subject to product availability.



This refund policy applies only to undelivered items, with the last tracking update occurring 15 days (for Domestic Shipments) or 21 days (for International Shipments).

Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays in the USPS/Shipping carriers, which is unfortunately beyond our control. There are possibilities that shipment may take longer than the estimated time due to unpredictable situations. If it's been 15 days (for Domestic Shipments) or 21 days (for International Shipments) and you haven’t received your order, please let us know so we can file a claim with USPS.

Refunds will not be issued for items delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
