Shipping & Returns

Last updated July  19, 2022  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it and be reimbursed for the sale price of the item (excluding shipping costs).  Please review the information below regarding the conditions of our return policy. 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging (bottle or pouch), and inner and outer seal intact.

Place the item securely in its original packaging (bottle or canister) and order number and full name within the return, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. It is recommended that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: Any products that the inner or outer seal has been opened. Products that are postmarked more than 14 days after their purchase date.  Any and all expedited shipping fees.
