Welcome to www.holisticvetblend.com. The www.holisticvetblend.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Holistic Vet Blend. www.holisticvetblend.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.holisticvetblend.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
www.holisticvetblend.com is an E-Commerce Site.
Items for sale include supplements. There is an informational blog.
Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unopened, with all original packaging (bottle or pouch) and inner and outer seals intact.
We understand that you may want to try our products, but we can only accept returns for items that have not been opened or used.
Initiating a Return:
To return an item, kindly send us an email at info@holisticvetblend.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]" within the specified return period. In your email, please provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Unopened item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo of the unopened container/s
Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return label. You must follow the return policy to receive a refund.
Note: We cannot process international returns at this time. For this circumstance, kindly email us at info@iholisticvteblend.com
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of all shipping and handling charges (fulfillment to and from). We recommend using the trackable shipping provided by our customer service team to ensure the safe return of your items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned items and confirming that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your request. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

As a small business, we face different operational challenges compared to large corporations. One such challenge is the cost associated with shipping and handling. Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb these costs and must charge them to our customers.
We appreciate your understanding and for supporting small businesses. Your patronage helps us continue to provide high-quality, holistic products for your pets at a reasonable price.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
We understand the frustration that comes with delayed or undelivered items. If your order has not been received, and the last update in the tracking information is dated 15 days ago (for Domestic Shipments) and 21 days ago (for International Shipments), you may be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to allow sufficient time for any potential delays that may occur during the shipping process.
Claim Process:
If your order has not arrived and the last tracking update is beyond the 15-day or 21-day threshold, please contact our customer support team at info@holisticvetblend.com within 30 days of the last tracking update. Please provide your order number and any relevant details to expedite the process.
Upon verification, we will initiate a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS) on your behalf. The USPS claim process may take some time, and we appreciate your patience during this period.
Refund Options:
Once the USPS claim is successfully processed, and if the item is confirmed as undelivered or lost in transit, we will offer you the following options:
- Refund: A full refund for the undelivered item will be issued to your original payment method.
- Reshipment: If you prefer, we can arrange for the reshipment of the same item at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Exceptions:
This refund policy applies only to undelivered items, with the last tracking update occurring 15 days (for Domestic Shipments) or 21 days (for International Shipments).
Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delays in the USPS/Shipping carriers, which is unfortunately beyond our control. There are possibilities that shipment may take longer than the estimated time due to unpredictable situations. If it's been 15 days (for Domestic Shipments) or 21 days (for International Shipments) and you haven’t received your order, please let us know so we can file a claim with USPS.
Refunds will not be issued for items delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping/Tracking Information
You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details when your order has been shipped out. You can also reach out to our email (info@holisticvetblend.com) for more information and updates on your order.
Orders that are fulfilled and processed within the day of purchase, are typically in transit for 2-3 days after fulfillment.
Affiliate Program Participation
The website may engage in affiliate marketing, which is done by embedding tracking links into the website. If you click on a link for an affiliate partnership, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for purposes of commissions.

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Holistic Vet Blend from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Indemnification

Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Holistic Vet Blend agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. HOLISTIC VET BLEND AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOLISTIC VET BLEND AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF HOLISTIC VET BLEND OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
Termination/Access Restriction
Holistic Vet Blend reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Holistic Vet Blend as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Holistic Vet Blend's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Holistic Vet Blend's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Holistic Vet Blend with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Holistic Vet Blend with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Holistic Vet Blend with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
